1
Create a SEND pad using the Windows cryptographic random-number generator. The application produces a separate RECEIVE counterpart with the same public pad ID.
2
Move the RECEIVE .nspd package to its intended endpoint through a confidential, authenticated channel. Use encrypted removable media and verify the complete displayed pad ID with the recipient.
3
Enter the message and load the SEND package. Communicatio Secreta encrypts the encoded text with decimal OTP arithmetic, binds direction and sequence, and adds a one-use authentication tag.
4
Use the exact digit groups directly, render them as clear speech, or save the transcript and audio inside a passphrase-protected .nspt file.
5
The recipient loads the matching RECEIVE package. The application checks the entire envelope before consuming the pad and displaying the recovered text.

Never copy, reuse, restore or share a pad between directions. Never send an unencrypted RECEIVE package beside the message it protects. If the pad is copied, no software can make every copy one-time.
